Returns/exchanges at stores.
The easiest way is to simply exchange or return the goods to any Emanuella store
(except factory outlets & clearance stores) with the receipt you receive in your parcel.
This option is preferred as you can receive an exchange directly and easily. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of
order date - unworn and unwashed.
Return an item(s) through the post.
To return an item(s) via the post, please include the slip that is attached to your receipt that you received with your parcel
and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on your receipt. Goods must be
returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed.
Exchange an item(s) though the post.
For an exchange of style or size, please include credit card details to cover $5 redelivery cost. Please do not reuse our
courier bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number
and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.
