Our Refund Policy

Our product are manufactured to the highest standards of quality. Many of our product offerings are hand made.

You are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you've bought are:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you
  • Not doing what they're supposed to do.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund or exchange for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of the seller's advertised policy. Garments found to be damaged deliberately or through misuse will not be accepted back for return, exchange or refund.

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY

Our terms and conditions are in line with the Australian Consumer Laws. You may be entitled to an exchange or refund for major faults. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement

Please choose your size carefully, as all orders are placed directly with our suppliers based on your order. The garments are then sent as special orders directly from our overseas suppliers, and as such your purchase is final.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Returns/exchanges at stores.
The easiest way is to simply exchange or return the goods to any Emanuella store (except factory outlets & clearance stores) with the receipt you receive in your parcel. This option is preferred as you can receive an exchange directly and easily. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed.

Return an item(s) through the post.
To return an item(s) via the post, please include the slip that is attached to your receipt that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on your receipt. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed.

Exchange an item(s) though the post.
For an exchange of style or size, please include credit card details to cover $5 redelivery cost. Please do not reuse our courier bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.

We deliver by Australian Air Expresss courier and your signature  may be required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be redirected back to AAE and rescheduled for redelivery at the nearest possible time. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please allow 7 - 10 working days delivery. Sorry no C.O.D's.

Duties for World Wide
All prices are in Australian dollars & include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Emanuella prides itself on the speedy delivery of your items, however should your item fail to arrive, email enquiries@gaspjeans.com.au. For prompt attention to your query, please mention that you bought the goods from our online store and have your order number ready.
