HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
Delivery is FREE Australia wide.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. We ship all over the world. For information on international delivery times and price, please click through to our SHIPPING
WHAT DOES ITEM ON BACKORDER MEAN?
Backorder can mean several different things. Some items are sent directly from our suppliers in the USA, and as such extra time is added to the delivery. It can also mean we currently don't have the item in stock but will do so in the near future. Back-ordered items will be indicated by a "Dispatch" date. A backorder message will also appear on PRE-ORDER styles, so you can pre-purchase a style before it arrives in stock, this will ensure you do not miss out on your desired style/colour/size.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order simply by logging into MY ACCOUNT
and then selecting ‘ORDERS’. Additionally, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email.

HAS MY ITEM BEEN POSTED OUT YET?
Once your order is despatched we will email you a separate tracking link and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update. You can also check the progress of your order by logging in to your www.gaspjeans.com.au account.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
We are able to deliver to PO BOXES in Australia only.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED?
To return an item, you must first email
to notify us of your intentions. Please state your order number, and the reason you would like to return your item(s) and someone from our Customer Care Team will contact you within 24hours.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I GO ABOUT REDEEMING IT?
Proceed to shop as you normally do. Once you reach the relevant point in the checkout, you will need to enter the code in the appropriate box. The amount payable will then be adjusted according to your voucher.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?
A size guide
can be found alongside all products description. If you do not have a tape measure handy, please email us, and we will gladly email you an electronic measuring tape that you will be able to print and use at no cost to you.
AN ITEM I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE IS MARKED AS SOLD OUT? HOW CAN I PURCHASE IT?
We try to keep our product offerings fresh, which is why sometimes certain styles are not repeated. However, if the item is marked SOLD OUT, please feel free to drop us an email with style/colour/size you are interested in, and we will do our best to locate one for you.
On most occasions, we can place a special order for you directly with our various suppliers, please email us with the style, colour and size you would like so we may check availability for you
I’D LIKE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE AT A GASP STORE, HOW DO I CHECK WHICH STORE HAS THE STYLE/COLOUR/SIZE I AM INTERESTED?
When you click on to any given product, you will come across a button called “FIND IN STORE”. To see which stores currently have an item in stock near you, or to check availability at a specific store, click this button.
Sometime for various reasons the item may be unavailable for sale, so we recommend you call the store in advance to confirm its availability before visiting the store.
WHAT DOES “PRE-ORDER” MEAN?
If an item is temporarily sold out, a date is normally given of when we expect the new stock to arrive. Because many of our popular styles sell out so quickly, we have given you the option to purchase before delivery to ensure your desired style, colour and size is secured
I WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION ON HOW YOU “COUTURE” RANGE WORKS.
Our new “Couture
” range is entirely custom made to order. All Couture garments are made specifically to your measurements. That is, once you place your order, one our staff will contact you to receive your measurements. Once your measurements are received and all details are confirmed, your dress will be custom made for you.
Given the highly bespoke nature of the Couture, please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery of your garment.

For convenience, we have included a size guide
at the bottom of every page, as well as on every product page. We have made every endeavour to ensure our sizing chart is both comprehensive and accurate. If you still have any question, please feel free to call us or email us any time. Please keep in mind that Sherri Hill, Jovani, Terani and La Femme sizing is in USA sizes, which is different to Australian sizes. So please ensure you take your measurements and then refer to our size guide.
